OK I get it, but how can they help Me?
We all need some sort of structure in our lives. Without rules, boundaries, and guides we would all be lost. Think for a moment
about a road with no lines, no rules, or enforcement... What would happen? Envision miles of traffic jams, accidents,
and reckless drivers - even if most of the drivers have the best of intentions.
How does this apply to life? Most of us learn "the rules of the road" to life as we grow up. Our family, peers, role models,
and surroundings all play a part in teaching us how to interact with the world. Sometimes we find ourselves drifting off the path or
faced with a situation we never learned how to deal with.
